**Administration Officer - NDIS (Immediate Start)**

**Responsibility**
- Co-ordinate and manage rosters of care staff and arrange emergency shifts as they arise
- Communicate with care staff, clients, representatives, and case managers to ensure smooth provision of services
- Provide support and guidance to care staff
- General administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mailing
**The Opportunity**:
Optimal Care Australia is looking for an Administration Officer in the NDIS sector for our Niddrie office, who is engaging, motivated, and passionate to join our team and make a difference in the community. You will be responsible for the administration of NDIS agreements and for liaising with other NDIS administration, intake, and coordination roles in the organization. You will be the first point of contact and the face of our business. This is a busy role and would suit someone who enjoys a diverse and varied role where no two days are the same.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
Ability to build rapport and form relationships with a variety of stakeholders
1-2 years of admin experience
NDIS experience preferred
Clear communication with the Team
Strong computer skills (MS office)
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong written and verbal communication
Warm and professional phone manner
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactively collaborates well in a team environment
Strong analytical skills - an interest in process improvement
Ad hoc duties as requested.
Preferably female
Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing)
Admin experience is a MUST

Provide direct assistance to the office staff
Any other duties that support the effective running of the office.
