Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Executive Team

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team at Waverley Private Hospital.

* Support hospital managers with various tasks and projects
* Prepare, format, and deliver documents as directed
* Plan and coordinate functions & special projects as required
\
Key Skills and Qualifications:
\
* Ability to converse and show initiative as well as being able to multitask
* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff
