**Administrative Role:**
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the daily operations of the office. This includes overseeing and managing administrative tasks, maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, and ensuring effective communication between departments.
This role acts as a central point of contact between teams, supporting collaborative efforts and project coordination. The Office Coordinator will be accountable for:
* Facilities management, office supplies, and inventory control
* Maintaining reception areas, mailrooms, and storerooms
* Organizing catering for meetings and coordinating meeting rooms
* Providing reception cover and facilitating smooth operation of equipment in mailrooms and meeting rooms
* Coordinating office events and new starter onboarding/offboarding
**Key Qualifications:**
* Experience in an office coordination role or similar field
* Excellent client communication and service skills
* Exceptional listening, planning, and organizational abilities
* Ability to build and maintain relationships, trust, and rapport quickly
* Proactive mindset and eagerness to help
