Synergie Australia is seeking a Document Controller for a leading Infrastructure services provider in Australia .
In this position, you'll play a key role in managing and coordinating project documentation across multiple systems (SharePoint and Aconex) and teams, ensuring information flows seamlessly and complies with document control standards. Your work will directly support the delivery of critical engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing project documents.
* Coordinate documentation across multiple systems.
* Maintain document registers, version control, and tracking.
* Support the compilation and delivery of Practical Completion (PC) documentation.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including Project Engineers, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure all required artefacts are captured.
* Ensure all project records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
* Assist in compiling reports and providing general project administration support.
Key Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in document control within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or a similar project-based environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proactive communicator who can work confidently with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Skilled in using document management platforms such as SharePoint and Aconex (or similar).
* National Police Clearance Check.
