Loyalty Operations Assistant (12-month fixed-term contract)
We're looking for a confident, collaborative, and detail-loving team member to step into the newly created role of
Loyalty Operations Assistant
— a 12-month opportunity within our iconic
Beauty Loop
program.
The Role You Could Play
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to further their operational skills, working on the MECCA Beauty Loop program to ensure seamless delivery of the customer benefits and campaigns. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate and manage the stock and inventory of the beautiful rewards that make up our birthday reward's program. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Beauty Loop inventory support.
Coordinate Birthday Stock Production
Run Birthday Replenishment (Review SOH, Future Forecast, determine how much stock is needed for each store & Release Manual TOs)
Track and Trace TO - ensuring they arrive to stores on time
Review and investigate outstanding TOs (Lost in transit)
Share Birthday ops reporting as required
Monitor Birthday stock on hand and share back with key stakeholders
Develop strong relationships across all functions, at all levels, to allow for effective collaboration and best-business outcomes
Look for opportunities to improve efficiency of store operational processes to drive efficacy of programme, sell through, forecasting and inventory management
What You Will Bring
You're a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-led environment. You love solving problems, balancing multiple priorities, and collaborating with others to make great things happen.
Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and align teams
A high level of attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
Experience in retail operations, inventory management or supply chain (bonus points if you love Beauty Loop as much as we do)
