As an Administration Officer at Mallee Medical Practices, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential clerical and client support services. In this dynamic role, you'll manage phone calls and patient bookings with ease, ensure smooth document scanning and file management, and coordinate courier services, all while contributing to the efficient running of our practices.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in clerical procedures
* Basic knowledge of clerical and administrative practices and procedures
* A knowledge of and a willingness to work within the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector
* A knowledge of and willingness to work within the OHSW&IM policies and procedures
