Our Administration Team have a vacancy both full time and part time positions for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital's Admissions and Reception.Professional Development OpportunityGreat locationWebPas Hospital system, Zedmed software experience is desiredPositions now availableAs an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Manage a busy reception deskAnswer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsPerform Health Fund Checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryLocated on Malvern Road in Prahran, The Victoria Clinic is a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility that specialises in the provision of high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
