Support Young People in Mental Health Recovery
This role plays a vital part within the Mental Health Pathways framework, focusing on the Youth Residential Recovery Program (YRR) and Youth Outreach Recovery Support (YORS). It supports young people aged 16-25 who have diagnosed mental illnesses.
The position collaborates closely with staff to ensure high-quality service delivery meeting the needs of young individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This includes working across YRR and YORS to deliver tailored support.
* Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology or Social Work
* Experience working with young people in mental health settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
