As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Perform a broad range of administrative duties including:
* Answering and redirecting calls
* Organising appointments and preparing admission paperwork
* Conducting follow-up requests and making reminder calls for visits
* Maintaining accurate record management systems, including medical records
* Performing Health Fund Checks as required
* Managing the collection of excess and co-payments
* Coordinating with staff from other departments
* Completing clerical tasks such as data entry
Located on Malvern Road in Prahran, The Victoria Clinic is a 115-bed private psychiatric facility specializing in high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services. All treatments aim to improve psychological and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment, with a variety of therapeutic, recreational, and occupational activities to aid recovery.
The Victoria Clinic offers a supportive and friendly environment with professional development opportunities. It is conveniently located near public transport, with free onsite parking and close to Chapel Street's restaurants and shopping.
Selection Criteria:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
