**About The Role**
The Emergency Department Secretary's primary role is supporting the Emergency Department Director, Nurse Unit Manager and the ED Leadership Team to effectively and efficiently perform their duties. The Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial assistance and business administrative support to the Monash Emergency Department Executive Team and Senior Medical Staff.
This is a full-time ongoing role Monday to Friday
**About You**
You work well in a team and are able to organise and communicate information from a range of sources back to the team and the department in a comprehensive and timely manner. You work collaboratively and promote an ED culture of optimism, encouragement, learning and creativity.
**What You Need**:
- At least three years general administration &/or secretarial experience
- Ideally a Certificate or Diploma in related discipline
