**Job Description**:

- This role is responsible for providing a full range of Executive Support to the Divisional Commander.- The role you could play- Management of schedules and workload whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Accountable for the effective diary management
- Accountable for the coordination of meetings including preparation of agendas, coordination of attendees, organising briefs, reports etc as required, recording of minutes/actions required and circulation of key outcomes and outstanding issues
- Develop a range of reports, documents and presentations
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate Divisional/State/Regional Events that as hosted by the Divisional Commander
- Manage and coordinate travel requirements for the Divisional Commander

- What we're looking for- Demonstrated significant experience, knowledge and skills in administration and/or as an executive assistant.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of packages including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel
- Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
