Job role:
Key responsibilities:
Providing support to General Manager.
Corresponding on behalf of Manager.
Preparing business proposals.
Preparing consignment agreements.
Importing and exporting.
Development and maintenance of B2B electronic catalogue for online ordering.
Maintenance of stock levels.
Reporting.
Account management.
Implementing and maintaining SOP's.
Organising travel and accommodation.
Invoicing.
Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
Preparing Powerpoint presentations.
You will also be responsible for online marketing, social media coordination and back end of website for orders.
