The Breakthrough Office (TBO) is on the lookout for an organised and proactive Corporate Secretary to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client success.
About the Role
As Corporate Secretary, you’ll play a key part in supporting boards and senior leadership teams to achieve best practice in corporate governance and compliance. Reporting to our Senior Legal Counsel, you'll handle a range of essential administrative and secretarial duties, from drafting meeting agendas and minutes to maintaining compliance registers and supporting AGMs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing board and committee meeting agendas and minutes
* Managing compliance registers and statutory records
* Coordinating board pack distribution and meeting logistics
* Supporting director onboarding/offboarding and annual AGM processes
* Providing hands-on support for governance software and client communication
* This role is central to maintaining accountability and transparency for our clients and their boards.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a highly organised and communicative professional with a strong background in admin, and ideally some experience in governance or secretarial roles. You’re confident working with software systems and thrive in a team that values growth, collaboration, and client-centred service.
