About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Officer, who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at our Melbourne location. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our leisure division.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accounting & Administration:Process accounts payable or receivable, assist with daily takings, invoicing, reconcile accounts, and more.
* Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
* Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum two years' experience in accounts payable or receivable
* Strong Data Entry skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, and ideally, accounting software.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
