Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic member of the team and their role will encompass various key responsibilities that relate to various aspects of the business. Acting as support to the executives, serving as a liaison between the executives and other departments within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and arranging all Executive and Board meetings and undertaking various activities related to these meetings. Ensuring that Board administration is effectively performed.
* Managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and handling emails & correspondents
* Coordinating all Executive and Board meetings, and responsible for coordinating all reports.
* Preparation of the People Leaders Cascade (internal communication)
* Communicating on the CEO's behalf with the organisation's Executives, Executives of external organisations and board members, suppliers, and clients.
* Providing general office management support to the office, responsible for stationary, catering and assisting with internal events.
* Participating in special projects and assignments of strategic importance to the organisation.
* Serve as a liaison between the executives and other departments within the organization, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
* Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing expense reports, ordering office supplies, and maintaining files.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
