About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you'll be trusted partner – providing support not only to the executive but also to his broader leadership team.
This is a team that works at the heart of our strategy and growth, so you will operate at the centre of the business, building strong cross-functional relationships and helping to drive momentum on key priorities.
* Provide seamless executive support including diary, inbox, travel and expenses
* Be the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders, up to Board level
* Coordinate key meetings, team events, and leadership communications
* Help deliver the annual Investor Relations calendar and associated logistics
* Champion a culture of organisation, confidentiality and proactive support
* This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that thrives on in-person interaction and quick collaboration, based on-site five days a week
About you
You're a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Known for your discretion and attention to detail, you take pride in staying one step ahead and delivering seamless support at the highest level.
* Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leaders
* Previous ASX experience preferred
* Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
* Skilled at building trusted relationships across all levels
* Calm and efficient under pressure, with excellent communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office; JDE and Miraqle a bonus
