The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-loving Part-Time Stock Assistant to keep our daily operations moving like clockwork. From packing and dispatching cameras, to keeping stock in check and the workspace sparkling, you’ll play a key role in making sure the wheels keep turning.
This role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, loves to stay organised, and enjoys being the go-to person who spots (and fixes) little issues before they become big ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and dispatching cameras & equipment
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies (office, kitchen & operational)
- Keeping storerooms and workspaces neat, tidy, and easy to navigate
- Restocking and tidying up kitchen supplies
- Recording inventory use and supporting with forecasting
- Daily rubbish removal & surface cleaning
- Flagging and solving small issues before they grow
- Assisting with adhoc tasks that keep the team running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Super organised with solid attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Basic supply chain/logistics understanding
- Someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping busy
The Details
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–1:30pm
Pay: $27/hour - $35/hour (Storage Services and Wholesale Award)
