Administration Officer

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Admin Support in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at The Alfred. The role focuses on providing support to our newly established Lung Nodule Clinic, including managing new referrals, scheduling of appointments and follow-up, maintaining clinic spreadsheets, and supporting the wider clinic team.
Responsibilities
Manage new referrals for the Lung Nodule Clinic.
Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients.
Maintain and update clinic spreadsheets and records.
Provide support to the wider clinic team as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience in clinic administration is essential.
Robust computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Excellence in written and oral communication and a high level of attention to detail.
