Receptionist & Office Administrator
to take ownership of front‑of‑house operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our Melbourne office.
This role is central to maintaining a well‑organised, client‑focused environment and involves responsibilities across reception, office administration, bookkeeping support, and property operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception, incoming calls, and all external enquiries
* Provide a polished and professional client greeting and meeting coordination
* Oversee diary management, scheduling, and document control
* Maintain office operations, supplies, and workplace presentation
* Execute invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, and related bookkeeping tasks
* Undertake administrative responsibilities supporting property and operational functions
* Uphold a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders
About You
* Professionally presented with exceptional communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidently managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud‑based systems
* Prior experience in reception or office administration essential
* Exposure to bookkeeping
