Front Line Support Role
We are seeking a driven individual to take on the role of front-line support in Blackburn. This key position involves creating a welcoming environment for visitors and guests, providing reception, concierge, and administrative support to the organization.
This role includes managing incoming calls, ensuring timely responses, and providing administration support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and ensure each is addressed in a timely manner.
* Provide administration support for building management, including access for trades as arranged.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal teams and external services to facilitate effective enquiry handling.
* Undertake various admin tasks and project work as needed to support the Building Manager and other teams.
