Procurement Administration Officer – Benetas
This role is based at Benetas. Base pay range: A$70,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr.
Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Administration Officer to assist with procurement activities and related administration at Benetas.
Responsibilities
* Supporting procurement performance reporting, benefits realisation, and contract compliance
* Assisting in sourcing strategy execution and contract management administration
* Managing procurement and fleet inboxes, vendor compliance, and stakeholder engagement
* Updating and maintaining procurement intranet content, master data, and contract registers
* Providing general administrative support, including memo drafting, meeting coordination, and intranet updates
About you / Qualifications
* Experience in procurement and contract management within a complex service-based environment
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication abilities
* High attention to detail and alignment with established processes
* Experience in using electronic management systems
