Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area
Process accounts receivable/payable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Manage payroll, timesheets, leave records, and superannuation for up to 15 employees
Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports
Assist with office procurement and supply management
About You
In addition to satisfactory medical and police background checks, you will demonstrate
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Experience in financial administration and payroll processes
Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Competence in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite
