Office space can be provided if preferred.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.Collect and maintain documents relevant to applications, such as reference checks, university degrees, and IDs.Format and assist in tailoring professional resumes using company programs and templates.Maintain and update a database of resumes and client information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Analyse and report on teacher engagement.RequirementsProven experience in administrative support and data/file management, preferably in an educational setting.Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on resume development and professional communication.Familiarity with resume writing best practices, job search strategies, and current employment trends.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with database management.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, educators, and team members.The ideal candidate will possess exemplary organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong background in resume development and administrative support.
