Our client located in Braeside is looking for a hard working and committed Customer service /Data entry operator to join their team.
**The Role**
As a Data entry operator/Customer Service team member, your responsibilities will involve:
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Communication with external and internal customers
- Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
**Requirements**:
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 6 months experience in a data entry/customer service position
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- The desire to grow and form a long-term career within the company
- Experience in customer service and data entry
- Positive personalities and attitude
- Fluent in English
