Personal Assistant to Senior Manager
In this permanent, Melbourne‐based role you will provide high‐quality executive and administrative support to a Senior Manager, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations and effective stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in diary and workflow management, communication, and information coordination, while representing Stockland in a professional and values‐led manner.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex diaries, workflows and travel arrangements to optimise the Senior Manager's time
* Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas and minutes within agreed timeframes
* Coordinating meetings, events and approvals, ensuring stakeholders are well informed and prepared
* Maintaining accurate records, files and information systems for easy retrieval and compliance
* Acting as a key liaison between the Senior Manager, General Manager and internal and external stakeholders
* Providing proactive updates on business and people matters, supporting informed decision‐making
* Upholding Stockland's values, brand and safety commitments in all interactions

Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‐paced environment with competing priorities
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage complex diaries and workflows
* Experience coordinating meetings, events and administrative projects to deadlines
* Clear, professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with executive presence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including diary management, Word and Excel
