**Job Summary**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including book-keeping, administration and human resources.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to manage our busy office environment. The successful candidate will have experience in managing accounts, payroll and staff, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
* Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
* Co-ordinate and implement office procedures and policies
* Provide administrative support to senior management
* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
