About The Role
As an Executive Assistant General Manager Corporate in our team, you’ll play a key role in developing a highly effective partnership with and providing professional support to the Country Head, managing all administrative matters and acting as an efficient and professional contact point for all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage GM’s administration, including diary management, mail, filing systems, technical support, expenses, and payment of invoices.
Plan diary, reoccurring meetings well in advance to ensure stakeholders have adequate notice.
Organise internal and external meetings, including catering and external venues.
Track and follow up on key deliverables and create space in the diary for timely responses.
Manage and coordinate travel, accommodation, catering, and venue requirements for GM Corporate travel, functions, and conferences.
Act as a professional, efficient, and customer-focused interface between internal/external customers and GM Corporate.
Proactively promote a service provider relationship with customers, based on mutual understanding and performance standards.
Coordinate and assist with event management and customer engagements.
Support VIC Corporate State Head with customer functions and occasional travel.
Qualifications and Skills
Effective communication skills for interaction at all levels.
Experience in diary management.
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues professionally.
Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
Initiative and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Capacity to work under pressure, delivering timely and accurate work.
Excellent planning, problem solving, and organizational skills.
