Job Opportunity
This position supports our operations team, working closely with the existing admin team to ensure smooth operations.
* You will assist with onboarding new staff, maintaining records, supporting our systems, and handling day-to-day office tasks like bookings and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard hand crew and seasonal workers, including visa checks.
* Support operational administration, including scheduling, casual payroll, and data collation for invoicing.
* Assist with HR documentation and compliance.
* Coordinate day-to-day office needs and supplier orders.
* Provide admin support to our management team.
