Your role:
Diary management and organising appointments
General all round administration support and database management
Assistance in preparing properties for sale including organising and attending photo shoots and co-ordinating marketing with in-house team
Help with excess buyer inspections and callbacks
Assisting in post-sale activities including attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections.
Essential requirements for this position include:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a real estate personal assistant role
Current Victorian real estate sales certificate and driver's licence
Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
Exceptional writing and administration skills as well as high attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to organize a busy agent
Good understanding of social media
Polished, corporate presentation
