**What You Will Be Doing**
- Provide the full range of general office and administrative duties as required, maintain an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Director.
- Complex diary management
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes which ensure matters requiring responses are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Preparation, collation and distribution of organisation wide as well as local committee agenda papers and meeting documentation and production of Minutes for the Committees as required.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience in senior personal administrative support
- Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including professional telephone manner.
- Experience within a health service (desirable)
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively prepare for these to be met will be well regarded.
