Henley is a dynamic and innovative organisation committed to excellence. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join Henley on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to our General Counsel, General Managers and Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
This role demands exceptional organisational skills, strong diary management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You must be highly tech savvy, possess exceptional attention to detail, maintain absolute confidentiality, and ensure the General Counsel remains organised and aligned with key priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings
* Organise travel bookings and office supplies
* Prepare court briefs and template correspondence for General Counsel
* Maintain matter reports and manage filing systems
* Handle phone and email enquiries on behalf of senior leaders
* Support OH&S compliance and assist with ad hoc projects
About You
* Proven experience in an EA or PA role supporting senior stakeholders
* Strong diary management and organisational skills
* Highly tech savvy with advanced Microsoft Outlook and Word skills
* Dynamics, OnBase and Co-pilot systems experience advantageous
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Absolute discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
