Nursing and Midwifery Education and Strategy (NaMES) supports the organisation in achieving their vision and values by providing education and training and advancing clinical practice to ensure Monash Health has a contemporary, flexible, and highly skilled nursing and midwifery workforce.
**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NaMES Undergraduate Program team. This important administrative role provides high level administrative support within the NaMES Undergraduate Program, and its key stakeholders.
Some of the role's tasks include:
- Administratively supporting the NaMES Undergraduate Team
- Working collaboratively with education providers for student placements, rostering, and IT access
- Supporting and completion of billing and invoicing
- Maintaining learning and communication platforms
- Providing reports, and creating and maintaining databases
**About You**
You will have experience in administrative roles, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a supportive busy team. Your technical skills include well developed computer skills and high-level knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software, particularly office and excel.
**What you need**:
- experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritise own workload, multiple tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a health care team
- well-developed computer skills and knowledge of common software programs including the Microsoft Office suite
- an ability to identify possible data discrepancies and escalate
- clear, kind, and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- current Working with Children's Check
- current Police Check
- current Immunisations
- previous experience and understanding of a large health care organisation would be advantageous
