This boutique interior design and architecture practice is known for its tailored and personalized approach from concept to delivery.
They provide interiors and furniture/styling services to a variety of clients and their project sectors include: high end residential, retail, hospitality, corporate.
**The role**:
As a FF&E Admin Assistant, you will be working alongside lead designers and supporting them with project coordination including procurement, scheduling and adhering to tight deadlines.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationship with furniture suppliers and clients.
To be successful in this role you must have strong time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with others.
**Please note: This is a full-time office based role Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30 pm, with no eligibility to Work From Home.**
**Duties will include**:
- Attend weekly meetings to understand project timelines
- Prepare bespoke client presentation packages in AutoCAD and InDesign
- Attend client meetings/presentations and take meeting minutes
- Maintain regular communication with clients and suppliers to provide status updates of projects
- Provide support to lead designers regarding procurement and delivery schedules
- Stay up to date with new products and pricing
- Responsible for obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders
- Assist with photoshoots
- Build custom furniture when required
**Skills and experience required**:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design is ideal, but not essential
- Good understanding of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop
