Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist
A seasoned Debt Recovery Specialist is required to manage complex commercial and property disputes, including retail leasing cases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling retail leasing and property disputes through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings
* Engaging in commercial and corporate conflicts, including large family trust disputes
* Representing clients in regulatory investigations and civil penalty proceedings
* Providing strategic advice on retail, commercial, and industrial leasing
* Prosecuting and defending shareholder oppression claims
* Defending companies and individuals in white-collar crime matters
Requirements:
* At least 6 years of post-admission experience
* Current senior associate or special counsel in a well-regarded litigation practice
* Experience in general commercial disputes and insolvency
