Duties and Responsibilities
1. Welcoming guests, and responding to queries via phone and email
2. Maintaining stock of stationary and other office supplies
3. Organising social and office events
4. Providing support to directors
5. Managing flight/hotel bookings
6. Ad hoc admin tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
7. Previous experience in a similar role
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
10. Immaculately presented
11. Driving and having a car is beneficial as public transport is not very accessible
