Responsibilities:
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director and General Manager.
Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including board members, contractors, and visiting artists.
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
Organise and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on actions.
Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators.
About You:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
