Job Description
Permanent, Full Time
Reporting to the Operations Manager, yourkeyresponsibilities include:
Head Office Administration Oversight: Overseeing Head Office administrative functions, processes, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Data Administration and Reporting: Managing and compiling data and reports across higher education, VET and international education, including regulatory, government and survey reporting.
Executive and Program Support: Providing administrative support to the CEO and Institute programs, including graduate programs, internal initiatives and key projects.
Communications and Stakeholder Liaison: Managing correspondence and enquiries, assisting with newsletters and communications, and liaising with Centrelink, branches, suppliers, printers and external stakeholders.
Operations, Facilities and Vendor Coordination: Overseeing premises, equipment, maintenance and access, liaising with property managers and security providers, and obtaining quotes and coordinating works.
Team Support and Continuous Improvement: Training and supporting administration staff, reviewing and improving processes, assisting during staff absences, and handling minor grievances as required.
Qualifications
A relevant business or administration qualification.
At least 5 years' experience in administrative roles including of a supervisory nature.
Strong computer literacy with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to implement and supervise administrative functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to liaise and collaborate with others.
Demonstrated proactiveness and problem-solving ability.
Integral to success in this position is your ability to work autonomously and show a high level of planning, communication and organisational skills.
