The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Administration Officer to join our consulting clinic team. In this frontline role, you'll be responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, managing appointments, and providing an exceptional experience for patients, doctors, and visitors.

In this role, you will:
* Provide friendly and professional reception services, including greeting patients and managing incoming enquiries.
* Schedule and manage patient appointments in accordance with clinic protocols.
* Accurately maintain patient records and documentation.
* Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and clinical staff.
* Support billing and invoicing processes with attention to detail.
* Assist in general administrative duties that support the smooth running of the clinic.
