Position SnapshotLate September StartMonday to Friday (or part-time)Toorak locationA unique chance has become available to transition into a PA/lifestyle role for a lovely Melbourne Family.The PA must be highly organised with the ability to take on tasks as required which can span from running errands, dealing with contractors, sourcing specialty items, shopping/ dry cleaning, making appointments, moving between residences to dropping the children at school or at extracurricular activities.The PA/Lifestyle Assistant should be highly organised and can work autonomously but in conjunction with other family staff, including a housekeeper/cleaner and farm managerPrevious PA experience is not required in this role and the family would consider an entrance level candidate who is committed, highly organised and mature in disposition.The role is ideally Monday to Friday (no weekends) however the family would consider a 3-day/ week / part time arrangement and are versatile to adapt for the right candidateThe Ideal CandidateHighly organisedDrivers Licence and Vehicle (Vehicle allowance provided)Can respect privacyCan carry task to completionExperience working with diverse culturesFull working rights for AustraliaOwn accommodation ashore in MelbourneStart: Late SeptemberSalary: Depending on experience, guide on application
