**Network Administration Manager - Monash Health Imaging**

**About Monash Health Imaging**
Monash Health Imaging incorporates services at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton; Monash Children's Hospital - Clayton; Dandenong Hospital - Dandenong; Casey Hospital - Berwick; Moorabbin Hospital - Bentleigh East; Pakenham Health Hub - Pakenham and Kingston Centre - Cheltenham. The service provides over 365,000 imaging examinations per year across its sites. The Service currently employs approximately 500 EFT, and has a gross operating budget in excess of $100M.
**About The Role**
The Network Administration Manager is an active member of administration and senior department leadership teams. With exceptional communication and proven people management skills, the Network Administration Manager is expected to lead by example and inspire their team to perform at their best whilst working collaboratively and in partnership with all key stakeholders.
**About You**
You are experienced in leading other leaders and are comfortable communicating across disciplines. You are as focussed on delivering excellent patient outcomes as you are nurturing high-performing teams. You possess an ability to work towards long-term solutions while satisfying short-term needs.
**What You Need**
- Recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated extensive experience in a service-orientated environment
- Qualification in or demonstrated extensive experience with Medical Terminology
- Demonstrated experience in radiology administration, customer service, leadership, and change management
- Australian working rights
