Our client is seeking a Compliance and Administration Manager to assist with compliance and risk functions as well a general administration in an education environment.
Through the implementation and enhancement of robust systems, you will ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, reporting outcomes to key stakeholders. You will also facilitate staff training, contractor inductions and monitor emergency procedures to ensure vigilance of legislative changes. This includes updating policies and ensuring records of Occupational Health and Safety and First Aid training. Additionally, you will oversee travel and accommodation risk procedures, maintain VRQA compliance, and collaborate on data management strategies.
