They are currently looking for a Legal Assistant/Secretary to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Part of a supportive and enthusiastic team, the Legal Assistant/Secretary will be responsible for providing administration support to a high-volume team in a timely and responsive manner, organising meetings, overseeing confidential and complex documents, assisting with client queries, as well as providing general secretary duties.
We are looking for an ambitious professional with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment will be essential. Previous experience in Estate Planning and Probate would be advantageous.
