About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary and Compliance Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing corporate secretarial and support services for organisations, including registering companies, managing company changes, trust deeds, searching of corporate structures, business names and titles searches.
 * Preparation of Statutory documents (annual reviews, change of officeholders, registered offices, share transactions)
 * Preparation of Minutes of Meeting
 * Maintenance of companies on BGL CAS360 and lodgement records
You will work on client engagements across diverse industry sectors and services.
