**About the role**

The Office Administrator role to join us at our Head Office location in Clayton. You will play an integral role in supporting the Recruitment, Incident Mgt and Scheduling Departments. You will be trained in recruitment and selection activities as well as scheduling with the Rostering Team. The incident management tasks are to follow a pre-determine set of KPI's that allow for external reporting within agreed timelines.

The core component of your role will be the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all records and databases are updated accordingly. Attention to detail is a must

This position is full time with opportunities to further extend your skills by training and working in other areas of Carer's Network.

**Your responsibilities**
- Prepare fortnightly reports for management reporting requirements.
- Responsible to ensure accuracy of information collated for onboarding documentation.
- Administer the coordination, processing, and data entry of all paper and electronic HR transactions against quality standards and agreed timeframes.
- Assist with reference checks and administer correspondence during the recruitment process.
- Responsible for associated incident and complaints collation and data input for management review.
- Monitor system notes and tasks and coordinate completion.

- Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination (including a mandatory booster)

Salary is $58,400 including superannuation.

**Salary**: $58,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
