THE ROLE
The Administration Officer will be responsible for managing the Case Management System (CMS) portal across the Statewide Child Protection Litigation Office. This includes supporting staff access, managing the portal, and developing relationships with key stakeholders related to CMS engagement. The officer will collaborate with the Business Operations Team to support daily administrative tasks within the Child Protection Litigation Office. Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective, sensitive communication are essential for success in this role.
The CMS portal, developed by Court Services Victoria (CSV), aims to enhance technological systems and facilitate information sharing among departmental divisions, the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, and the Children's Court of Victoria. It allows authorized staff to electronically lodge, view, and manage court applications and documents.
In accordance with clause 19 of the VPS Agreement, you may be assigned to different teams based on business needs.
Accountabilities Include
1. Liaising with CPLO staff, child protection practitioners, CSV, and other external stakeholders to support portal engagement and maintain accurate records.
2. Providing effective customer service to CPLO staff, Child Protection, CSV, and other stakeholders as part of the Business Operations team.
3. Managing daily tasks such as handling the CPLO inbox and processing invoices.
