Responsibilities
* Lead Event Coordination: Manage monthly conferral activities for 20,000 graduating students and support examination timetabling.
* Innovate and Improve Processes: Initiate projects to enhance conferral and testamur processes, and develop knowledge base articles.
* Foster Collaboration: Build effective relationships with University staff, providing guidance and training on Exams & Graduations services.
* Ensure Quality and Compliance: Adhere to the University's risk management framework and contribute to service improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in event and project management with a focus on timely deliverables.
* Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for data management and quality control.
