Job Opportunity
The Office Manager provides administrative support to the team and is responsible for the effective day-to-day functioning of the service, including reception and finance administration.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reception support to service-users attending appointments
* Process finance documentation and maintain accurate records
* Create and maintain files and documentation in accordance with defined standards and operating procedures
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to quality-improvement processes or policies
Requirements
* Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience working as an office manager or senior administration officer in a busy team environment
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Relevant experience in health, government or community agencies
