Key Responsibilities:
* Apply early intervention strategies to work-related and non-work-related injuries/incidents.
* Develop meaningful recovery plans for claims lodged with insurers within legislative timeframes.
* Collaborate with injured employees, managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve barriers to sustainable recovery.
* Maintain regular communication with key parties involved in the claim.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in injury and workers' compensation management.
* Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
