Responsibilities
* Report to the Operations & Safety Manager and assist the day-to-day operations of the club and perform pool and lifeguarding duties.
* Ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they are flawless.
* Clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time.
* Supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it is a safe space for members and team members; perform lifeguarding duties where necessary.
* Find ways to provide members with that little bit extra during their visit.

* Comfortable communicating at all levels and able to maintain a sparkling environment for all.
* Flexible to work a non-traditional schedule; hospitality sector experience is advantageous.
* Some lifeguarding experience or comfort in the pool area.
* Right to work in Australia and relevant certifications (e.g., lifeguard certification) as required.
