NorthPark Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our consulting suites team. NorthPark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and on‐site parking at a minimal cost is available.
As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:
* Greet all patients
* Handle enquiries with a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and redirect calls
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
* Manage collection of consultation fees via electronic payment
* Liaise with different departments within the hospital, other GP clinics and hospitals
* Experience in healthcare with exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Be able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Exceptional computer skills – MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends between 8 am – 9 pm
Zedmed experience (desired)
